Let the Scott County Home Builders Association (SCHBA) bring you home to Georgetown and Scott County. The Georgetown and Scott County governments have fostered an unusually high standard of building code enforcement consistent and fair for all homebuyers and homebuilders.

The Scott County Home Builders Association is committed to promote the highest professional standards of construction and customer service from its members. The Association and its members are involved in the community and devoted to community service through programs such as Junior Achievement, AMEN House and Habitat for Humanity, as well as other activities. Additionally, its members are active in the state and national home builders associations for the purpose of expanding knowledge and competance.
